The 3 Step Learning

There is something I came across that I wrote a while back.

Most people wonder, "How do I quickly make an impact in my company?"

Here's the answer, its a simple 3 step process,

Step one: Learn.

Now this applies to anything you do, and any company to.
Learn the product, use the product, become your own product. This is perfectly the first step because once you are passionate about the product, people will see it in you.

Step two: Share.

Coming from a Network Marketing point of view, share it, don't sell it because that doesn't work.
Share your product, lend it to people, let them see the good in you. If your product is Personal Development then let them see the change in you.

Step three: Support.

This is the most important part, if you have enrolled a new student in your MLM or Team. Support them, share with them the great things you know. In turn Teach them this 3 step process.
