This is an amazing quote....

Hey guys,
I just got back today from my retreat and before I went I read this quote, and It just blew my mind because it is so true....

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

- Marianne Williamson

I hope you enjoy it :).

Shell vs Core

Ok so you've read my last post...
Great but here's the truth, you have two identities.
You have a Shell identity and a Core identity.

It's basically who you are and who you really are. Let me elaborate, in the last post I relayed some info I got from Frank Kern.

Pretty much this post is telling you the differences and how it all impacts you.
So you have your shell identity, e.g. I am a banker, network Marketer, internet marketer, rockstar, dating coach, pro skateboarder, etc...

That's all good and well but that's not you. We all have things we would rather be doing.
So your shell identity is pretty much who you are on your day to day.

But to really connect and influence people you need to know your CORE identity and that exercise and post i did last time involved your core identity. So your core identity is what you really want in life, who you really are. If your not with your core identity it will show up. Have you ever been in a presentation where the speaker says all the right things, looks great etc? but at the end your still kinda, "Yeeeaaaah I don't know if I wanna buy/join/partner with you"
The reason that happened was because the person that presented wasn't in line with his core identity so he spoke from his shell. We can know pick this stuff up, so if there core is speaking to our core....by the way this is all subconscious. We just wanna be by them.

So by addressing the experiences you want, and attract into your life, guess what? They will start showing up. Really get specific, detail out your perfect customer, what are they like, how old are they, how do they feel, etc? EVERY detail counts.

Anyway I hope this has been a help guys.

Best wishes,

Adil

P.S. See you guys on Monday, I am away on a spiritually religious retreat this weekend :)

A cool way to really kick start your life....

Hey guys,

Have you ever heard, "What would your perfect life be like?"

Well I'm gonna go ahead and say, that doesn't work as a good question.
Remember the quality of your life is based on the quality of the questions you ask, By which if you ask a lousy question you will get a lousy outcome/answer.

Now before some of you go ahead and tell me off, hear me out.

I think we could be asking a clearer question, which I heard by different people but Frank Kern was the one who sort of opened my eyes and made it easier :P.

When I first heard that I could ask a clearer question, my immediate thought was...."huh?" Then it was more of a "What are you on about, How can I do this?"

Well I asked that question and immediately I got an answer while watching the DVD....
Anyway simply put,
"What would my perfect AVERAGE day look like?"
"IF I had to live this way everyday, and if I didn't I would die, what would it look like?"

Then from there just break it down....don't say something like,
"Wake up, smoke a ton of drugs followed by a vodka binge, then have sex with a bus full of women, then drive my car at top speed"....that will get you killed.

Seriously you want to do something along the lines of where do you live, what does your house look/smell/feel like etc?
What are the first thoughts of your day? while you brush your teeth, what would you have for breakfast, etc....

So break it down to the mundane things because if you don't then it's hard for you...but if you do then it's very simple...

The reason I recommend this SO highly is because, when I did this, I felt like I was there, in reality where I wanted to be not where I am...

I hope you guys do this as it really will help you out.
If you have any questions. Please email me.

Best wishes,

Adil

P.S. The mental fast is going great, I just haven't had time to post much because of all the studying :)

How can I be inspired?

"How can I be inspired?"

This is the exact question that has been on my mind since April 2008. And I have only just found out. Though I knew but didn't know if you understand, it was a real "Ah ha" moment.

I was listening to some CD's by Dr. John DeMartini and was reading one of his books, "How to have an amazing life in just 60 days".

For those who know who Dr. DeMartini you will know he speaks a lot on purpose, communication and healing.
Those who don't know about him, I suggest you have a quick look through his site, or watch/read the secret....if you still want to know more I suggest you join Success University and take his courses as he is a faculty member there.

Anyway, what I had learned was something amazing, and I hope that you apply what I am about to write because it has certainly led me into a new way of thinking about life but more importantly helped me help some more people.

Ok so here goes,
I found out how to be inspired because while studying several books, CD's, DVD's, home study courses, and success university material, I found myself still asking, "How do I become inspired like the authors who keep speaking about it?"
Remember the quality of your life is based on the Quality of your questions...

So in asking, which was in January 2009, I started to attract the answers I looked for....
Now here's the kicker of all of this, the answer was so simple....

It was to find my purpose and live it daily.
There are many ways to find your purpose and I will share my favourite way in video form soon enough, anyway so what I learned also was to read books by those people who inspired me, the Tony Robbins, Kalpesh Patel, Johnny Wimbrey, Jim Rohn, Les Brown, Zig Ziglar, John Demartini, John Assaraf, Art Williams, Jerry Clark, etc. There are many. Now the reason behind it all is, if you were to stick your hand in glue, then stick it into something like, shreded paper, or patterned materials your going to pull your hand out with some of the substance on your hands.

So if you indulge your mind in books, courses, DVD's, CD's, etc of these people that your inspired by, some of the master techniques and works will stick into your mind.
So you will become inspired. Another way is also using the clearing method I suggested. This way your mind isn't being counter-effective against you and thus creating more good things and letting inspiration in.

Let's quickly look at the word inspiration or inspired....it all comes down to being, "in spirit" so let yourself be in spirit.

So there you have it, the massive secret is clear your path, then read and study the greats to become inspired...
I am at this time making video's on something that had an amazing effect on me....
so keep an eye on my blog and youtube channel.

Best wishes,

Adil

Back from London with some new stuff in mind

Hey guys,
I got back from London today,
and it was pretty awesome.
I came wondering about a few questions, and I want you to think about them as well....
They were:

  • How forgiving am I?
  • What more can I do to give more value?
  • How many people can I help?
Now these where just 3 of the like 30 questions I had.....anyway.

The reason I asked the first question was because there was some healing I needed to do with a few relationships, so far I've done 2 out of the 4 healing's...which means that's 50% done, now some people have thought to ask me, "Why are you forgiving people that have wronged you or you've wronged them and got away, etc?"
Simply because on Friday 13th March 2009, I had an experience, one that I don't I'll forget, I woke up and my entire body felt like I had been stabbed, every inch....Now what I later concluded for myself, in a, "Whats happening and why fashion" rather then, "Oh crap"....My entire body was drained of energy so I had a choice of what to fill it with whatever energy I wanted.

Then before I went bed I spoke to Kalpesh Patel on Skype, just after I heard his call that I posted....so the post before this. Now he asked me to heal some relationships because it was obvious that was something that was stopping me from manifesting completely.
Turns out I had a few blocks from my past that have been getting in the way so I need to forgive them in order to move forward.

Yesterdays seminar thats one of the biggest messages I heard, like I said I did 2 outta the 4.

Anyway this is some of the stuff, click here to view some of the other stuff I learned, on video :).

Day 3 Results plus an awesome Lesson from James Arthur Ray

Hey guys,

Day 3 is going great. I did a lot of relaxing, which is good because it gave me a chance to "Empty my cup"....What I did learn though was something really important, it was a lesson of reflection.

I went to the skatepark at 7pm and was there until about 9:30 - 10pm....I hadn't skated in a while and this was my first time on the ramps. I saw a 17 year old, who you could obviously tell had just started, he was having trouble with his balance. I thought to go over and give him a hand, as it took me a while to learn how to balance on my board. He accepted my offer and we started to go over some of the basics, his name was Mike.

What Mike had shown me was something a mentor of mine said to me I think 7 months in to my network marketing career, to gain success, persistence and evaluation is key.
I hadn't really taken it in because I personally was confused about what he meant. But seeing Mike on his board do just those to things really got me, thing was Mike fell off at least 30 times, landed on his feet or into a roll. When I asked him why he wouldn't land on his feet at times, he simply said, "Dude, if I land on my feet all the time, when I bail out on a big ramp, I'll break my legs, but if I land in a roll, I decrease my chances of major injury"....

So we went on skating together, he got his balance and started pushing more and more, then I thought to kick it up a notch and see if he could Ollie. I still can't Ollie because I'm not used to skating Goofy but Mike was a natural Goofy with practice hehe. So he persisted and the rest of that night, me and him were trying different tricks and hit the ramps. We fell of a couple of times but it was worth it.

The real surprise though was when I got home. I had been sent a gift, it was a James Arthur Ray CD....Harmonic Wealth.
I started to listen to James, as I love the way he delivers his talks. I haven't finished it, I only got to chapter 1. While listening I had several realizations and well some where cool, others weren't but this is the awesome lesson I got just from chapter one... You will never be in balance, so stop trying, your going to need to sacrifice some things in life, and you may have to leave your friends, it maybe hard but its worth it.

Best wishes,

Adil

30 day Metal Fast - Day 2

Hey guys,

Day 2 is going awesome, I sat down today and started to do Frank Kern's Core Influence DVD and man it is really deep.

I just sat down and wrote out how my dream life will look like, basically as Frank puts it......

"If you could live this day over and over and over again, and if you changed one thing you would die. What would this day look like, don't think about money, or stuff just everything you want."

So I did, and I read some more of think and grow rich and did a little skateboarding.

So overall today was an awesome day.

By the way I created a new video explaining more on an old post I did....Click here is you want to check it out.....If you do please rate, comment and subscribe please.

Will be posting a few more then just one a day because I think I can give more :).

30 day Metal Fast - Day 1 (At Last!) - Results

Hey guys,
Just an update of my first day doing the Mental Fast, I went running in the cold, which woke me up and had me ready for the day :D.

Through the next 30 days, I will share my journey with you, sharing the interesting insights I have found and things I have discovered about myself and others through my studies :D.

I spent most of today doing some prospecting, and meeting with people to help organize an event they are doing :D.

Went on from there to studying a few new things and found some cool stuff out while listening to Dr. John F. DeMartini, for those who don't know this man, its the dude next to this writing and he was in the movie, "The Secret".

Well I did learn a few things today from Dr. DeMartini, such as the fact that what ever we put on a pedestal or in the pit we tend to have them influence us. Meaning, say I cut past you on the street, while driving, and that affected you, because you were mad and you swore at me. You put me down but I influenced you.

Or I happened to see a beautiful lady walk by, and I just thought, "Wow she's hot", I have infatuated with her and now put her on a pedestal and thus she has influence over me.

So basically if I am mad or upset with anyone I should put them in my heart, as if I was happy and infatuated by them, place them in my heart so they are my equal and we can work together :).

Best wishes,

Adil

30 day Metal Fast

Hey guys and gals,

I was heading into town today, here in, what I wish was sunny, Leicester, UK.

Now before I left this morning to go town I had just got 2 of the 10 Jerry Clark "Magic of Influence" CD's on to my iphone, one of the things it's actually good for haha.

Well anyway while I was listening to CD 2, something Jerry had said, stuck with me and I am gonna take him up on this challenge.

It's called the 30 day mental fast.
It's were I listen to no radio, read no newspapers, watch no TV or hang around and associate with people who say, "This Can't be done" and "The world is in a crisis", etc.

Now don't get me wrong I do most of the challenge anyway but the stuff I don't do is the stuff that will help me out most.
So to those people who know me personally, if I don't see you often or chat often I'm on this fast, ok? So don't think, "Adil is really being mean", I'm not I'm just cleansing my mind :).

Ok so this is what I have to do:

I must:
  • Read 15 mins a day from an empowering and uplifting book, like think and grow rich, the magic of thinking big, how to win friends and influence people, etc.
  • Spend at least 1 hour a day in quiet time, reflecting and being grateful and praying.
  • Listen to personal development MP3's, CD's and watch personal development DVD's.
  • Exercise more and daily
  • Eat healthy and drink plenty of water
  • Associate with people who have similar ambitions and people who have been were I want to go.
  • Stay in a constant state of joy :).
So there you have it guys.
The reason I am doing this is so I can see its full effect because only doing a little of it has given me joy but let's kick it up a notch. Anyway If you want to do the same to see your results, Shoot me an email either on: adil_amarsi@yahoo.com OR email me on Facebook (As you probably guessed Facebook takes my blogs and puts them as notes XD)

Best wishes,

Goals? Why do I need goals?

"Goals? Why Do I need goals!!???"

This is what an angry friend said to me, while I was coaching him.

So I'm going to answer this but to everyone as well,

Ok so we know what a Goal is, to recap - It's working toward something that you want on a dead line.

It can be a dream, could be to score some points for your sport, I don't know, it's your goal.

Now there important because if they weren't we wouldn't be here today... By that I mean, our ancestors had the goal and desire to create offspring and thus we are here.

There are many reasons why we need goals, like the one above, there's one's to make us feel proud of ourselves...
For instance the competition level of things, why do you want to win? Because it makes you feel good. So in effect you make it your primary goal at that time, to win, right?

Another reason could be for happiness - we could make our goal to earn about $1000 this week. That's the goal, so you work to achieve it.

Pretty much saying, OUR GOALS ARE OUR GUIDES!

Celebrities are the prime example of people who lose focus of there goals and screw up.... Let's review and your in there shoes now.

Your dream is to be a famous Actor/Actress, then you work toward it and make it your goal, you work and work toward it and you become an Actor/Actress.... Then you have a goal to earn x amount of money, do x amount of things in x amount of time......When you have all the money, free time and done all the things you want. Your life feels empty so you go drinking, you start to find new thrills and because your famous your seen doing these things and it tarnishes your career.

So you see the celebrity has got a goal, achieved it but didn't set new ones, and for those that don't know, we're either falling forward toward our success or backwards away from it....We can't stay still.

So that is why goals are important....I think I went off topic a few times, but if you know me, you definitely know I have that tendency....Sorry hehe.

Hope this helps,

Best wishes,

Adil

The Zeigarnik Effect

IF your anything like me your probably trying to pronounce the darn word.
Ok it's pronounced, ZA-GAR-NIK.
The way it's pronounced isn't really of great importance but what it does is important.

I first heard this from James Grandstaff but it was utilized originally in internet marketing by Mark Joyner. This can be used in Network Marketing.

Here's a little history....I won't bore you to death...Promise :).

The Zeigarnik Effect was discovered by Dr. Bluma Zeigarnik. - History lesson over, told you I wouldn't bore you.

Ok, so know you might be wondering, like myself and many other did, "What the hell is the Zeigarnik effect???"

Well the info behind it is that Bluma found that people remember more when they are distracted and come back to a subject, Tony Robbins speaks about something similar but interupting a pattern. An example of this is a waiter at a restaurant, you've just ordered and this waiter remembers everything you and 5 other people have asked for. Ask him 4 mins later, he has no clue. Reason is because he was focusing on the task of "Remember for now."

IF you flipped it around on yourself. Your going to study something today like that Jim Rohn book, or John C. Maxwell course. You begin, take notes, then have your pattern interrupted and then go back to it, and you do this continually until you finish the course/book.....You will find you remember most of it...........
TO SUM UP.....People remember interrupted or incomplete tasks bettr then completed ones.

They use this in everything, TV show's, Elections etc. Think about your favorite TV show, I love cartoons and one of my favorites is a Japanese Anime called, Dragon Ball Z. Now when I watched DBZ on TV there would a point where the main protagonist is just about to die and the bad guy seems to have the upper hand....Then it either ends or they throw in a commericial. If it ends they do a little preview with a narrator over-voice asking questions like, "Will our main character come out alive or is he toast, tune in next time on Dragon Ball Z".... What do you think I did the next day, that's write tune and watch what happened.

Now how does this work in internet marketing and network marketing...
(I am using an internet marketing approach because it is easier to explain)

Imagine you are on a webpage and the headline reads something like,
"LEARN HOW TO EFFORTLESSLY MANIFEST WEALTH, HEALTH AND HAPPINESS INTO YOUR LIFE, QUICKLY AND SIMPLY"

Then it continues to say about how the person's story of how they discovered it, where they were and were they are now. By the time you have finished reading the sales letter you just have to know...."What is this product and what can it do for me?"

Pretty much the marketer has gone from, giving you a thinking headline, made you read through the page, during which you've started to think about what the hell this product is, then your left on a cliff hanger. After which you've got the feeling of wanting to know.

Now this applies in a lot of area's of life.

A good friend who only uses his Alias in blogs, Magnetik is actually writing something similar but its to do with relationships etc...or something like that. Click here to go and read about that post

Best wishes,

Adil

The Clearing Effect

How many of you have heard of "The Ho'oponopono Process"?

Well I am gonna be honest, I had no clue what this was until about 4 days ago when I was listening to a program by Dr. Joe Vitale.

This process is amazingly amazing to say the least. The process originates from Hawaii.

What this process does is it cleanses you, like removing your metal roadblocks. The theory behind the process is pretty much saying, that we are not only responsible for ourselves but for everyone else.

Let me elaborate before you call me crazy...er :P,
O.k Dr Lin, was were Joe Vitale heard about this process, you see Dr. Lin was working at a mental hospital for the criminally insane. But he never had one on one's with patients, or even any face time, he just walked through there holding ward, checked there profiles in his office then shut the door.

Now he said something to himself, and the divine, which I will share with you shortly.
Anyway he sat there saying these four things to himself. As time went on, these criminally insane people started to be released from prison. These were men who they thought could never get better and they did.

Now this is all true because Dr. Joe Vitale checked this out and had checked with the staff there and everything.

This is the process Dr. Lin used. He said these four statements, in any order you like:
  • I'm sorry
  • Please forgive me
  • Thank you
  • I love you
Dr. Lin took it upon himself saying he was responsible for these men so cleansing himself would cleanse there souls as well.

Now these four phrases don't seem like much but try it, with what ever it is in your mind that your having trouble with.
Place that problem in your mind, then say the 4 in what ever order you wish, and you will start feeling them and you will soon notice it works.

Let me know your results below :).

Best wishes,

Adil
