Hey guys and gals,
Did you go to the TEAM event yesterday at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, UK?
If not, never fear, I'll be adding some notes I took from there on to my blog to share.
But I will ask you this now, do you want to be a success in Success University or Network marketing in general? If the answer is an unshakable yes then you will wish you were there.
This is just an overview of what happened on the 22nd of Feb 2009!
There was so many amazing points of the day, David Butler shared a tremendous amount of information that really kick-started everything. It got me, as Jan Ruhe would say, FIRED UP!
David has a huge experience in Network Marketing. This man has been through and seen it all.
We had a comedian come on and he was making us laugh quite a bit, It was a relief because it was such a hardcore day!
Then we switched over to Jerry Scriven, who is David's friend and mentor since the start. Jerry gave us some excellent tips on MLM/Network Marketing in general. Teaching us through his vast experience in the industry about why Network Marketing, what is going through our and other people's heads, The big question "Can I do it?", The truth is you can if you do the work.
Straight we went into Feza Sengul's information on how to be successful with Success University, when Feza speaks you have to listen, being in Success Univeristy for 27months, this man has a team of 20,000 members and he is just a good speaker, friend and person to be around.
After Feza gave us the 3 step learning process....yes I have covered this in an earlier post. Click here to view. We had testimonials for several counsellors and directors in Success University, practically all of them were speaking about how it was important to stick close to your support team. And the Praises of our next speaker was amazing. The man I am speaking about is none other then, AJ Lewis.
Now AJ lives in London and is an amazing individual, though I have never actually had the pleasure of working with him. You can tell from his energy he is a man on a mission. AJ just went on about the 6 fundementals it took to get you going a break neck speed. Practically every director that went across stage to speak was singing his praises. I mean you may join Roger Galloway's team or any of the downline, but you can bet your ass AJ is going to call.
The Youngest Director there was Michael Page who is 21 years old. Now Michael said this so true of AJ, if you don't call AJ for a week, and then you do, you can bet he will be asking you very real questions, to make you see your mistakes. Which is what a good coach and mentor does, he show's you them and starts working with you.
As AJ left the stage he left us with a great thought about our attitudes in life. Our attitudes toward something is what makes it either easy or hard for us to succeed.
Moving on from AJ we had the comical mentor, who is serious but a great laugh to. Roger Galloway.
Now Roger was talking to use about how you can make things work in your favor. Just take a lot of action, just make sure you make relationships everywhere you go. He reitterated that was said earlier in the Seminar. You have to put value on what you give, don't just give information to people because they won't value it. Put some value on it.
That was the concluder really, we all can do this so lets go out there and make it happen for whatever it is you do. . . . Just to remind you I will be posting some more of the notes at a later date.
Best wishes,
Adil
