How to lose that xmas excess

Hey guys,

Did you know most people gain 5lbs of weight just over xmas???

Then you get the January joiners, join a gym then bang they never get past January.

Well I want to share with you a few easy ways of how to lose the fat, keep the muscle and feel great.

Step 1: Start eating less sugar, I need to do this myself but honestly less sugar means more vitality. I am not saying go on a very small amount of sugar, I mean go down a quarter or half the amount of sugar you consume usually.

Step 2: Go walking in the morning's. your doing two things here, 1, your creating an atmosphere of peace and its the perfect way to start a day and 2, your metabolism is started so you will burn off that fat.

Step 3: Create a food shift plan, instead of dieting just start simple by eating an apple instead of a chocolate bar or water over a soda or beer.

These are just 3 simple ways to save your body and get it back in shape. A little extra tip to those who want 6-pack abs, go running. Thats it go running and do sit ups.
